Role Overview:
The Graphic Designer works closely with all Company business units and is involved in a variety of projects including: assisting in the creation and maintenance of business development, sales and marketing collateral for the Company, including pitches and web materials; coordinating activities to improve the profile of the practices involving outside organizations, such as sponsorships and other major events. We will look to the Graphic Designer to maintain the highest creative, conceptual and production standards – producing compelling work with flawless execution—while constantly ensuring brand integrity and consistency. Candidate must be a strong team player with a highly collaborative work style in order to work with internal and external creative teams.

Role Description:
As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with two other people to make up a POD team of 3. As your experience and education grows you will be working toward becoming an in-house Event Planner for your Team. Your focus is to ease the work load of the Team by handling a variety of tasks.
The Event Assistant is the stepping-stone position to becoming an Event Planner. Tasks can range from mundane office tasks to meeting with important clients. The level of responsibility assumed by the Event Assistant depends upon the need of events for clients and enterprise.
The role of Event Assistant is an entry-level position that typically only requires a high school diploma. That said, plans to become full-blown Event Planner will typically require a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field. We wish to assist this individual achieve this goal. You will be required to travel and assist the TEAM with a variety of events for the client.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position vary widely, as they are largely dependent on which tasks are delegated by the Team and department leader.
