Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer works closely with all Company business units and is involved in a variety of projects including: assisting in the creation and maintenance of business development, sales and marketing collateral for the Company, including pitches and web materials; coordinating activities to improve the profile of the practices involving outside organizations, such as sponsorships and other major events. We will look to the Graphic Designer to maintain the highest creative, conceptual and production standards – producing compelling work with flawless execution—while constantly ensuring brand integrity and consistency. Candidate must be a strong team player with a highly collaborative work style in order to work with internal and external creative teams. 

Role Responsibilities to Include, but Not Limited to:

• Prepares of client proposals, pitches, sales packages through formal RFP response processes as well as on an ad hoc basis.
• Maintain library of materials for pitches, proposals and RFP responses. 
• Create Marketing collateral in collaboration with Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator, CMO, and other business leaders. 
• Helps write and edit presentations to further develop the Company’s business development opportunities, sales, and other initiatives. 
• Helps conduct research on clients/prospective clients, industry research and occasional competitive intelligence to develop knowledge about our clients, projects, and future needs. 
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on needs, timelines, and deliverable dates. 
• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics. 
• Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design. 
• Consult with clients’ marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goals. 

Qualification Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university 
• 5+ years of graphic design experience preferably in entertainment industry 
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) 
• Experience in managing a team of designers/freelancers

Web Content & Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview: Responsible for leading S.U.I.T.E. MPM’s social media initiatives and strategically planning the social media calendar. Build and maintain the brand, our client’s brands and projects through shared responsibility of local strategy, monitoring, reporting, content creation and management of social accounts, with a strong focus on awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion.

Role Responsibilities:

• Leads and builds up the social media channels to support sales, brand awareness, growth and marketing goals 
• Contribute to organizational strategic planning and major initiatives. These efforts include long-term strategic social initiatives, including campaigns, supervision of channel accounts, content vision and overall execution 
• Develops and maintains strategies, analyze effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts to determine campaign effectiveness 
• Plan and continuously evolve a social media strategy that grows S.U.I.T.E. MPM’s brand affinity, engagement, reach, audience and CR.  
• Maintain social media budget to amplify content, garner engagement, and continuously grow social following. 
• Plan social event strategy working closely with PR and/or global to cover and create engaging content 
• Plan and create approved content for publication on social media channels and websites. This can include: writing articles or posts; taking photos or videos; creating memes; and attending events or visiting facilities to cover a story.  
• Writes copy for paid and organic posts across platforms including suggestions for global platforms, newsletters, blogs etc.  
• Build and maintain content distribution schedules by way of social media channels  
• Lead the analysis of S.U.I.T.E. MPM’s qualitative and quantitative social data — identify and implement software tools, review target audience performance and strategize new targeting tactics, recommend content optimizations across the marketing organization. 
• Prepare and deliver clear, professional, client communications regarding social strategy and reporting insights  
• Complete website content projects and updates, working with Graphic Designer.

• Manage client’s social media advertising budget and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn; optimize media spend based on business objectives

• Experience managing multiple projects on deadline and publishing to a schedule.

Talent Administrative Assistant (POD)

Role Description:

• We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Talent Management Department who can assist with developing, implementing and maintaining:
  Records and files management protocol that meets all needs and requirements (global) for a three (3) member TEAM
• Data collection for and within the TEAM.

Continuing education schedule to keep up-to-date on: working within teams, strategic planning, schedule coordination, regulations regarding talent management and talent agents; Sexual harassment training and any other applicable federal or local regulations necessary for the entertainment industry. Standardized form sets, relative document completion and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Program for regularly updating yourself and your supervisor on any talent changes and/or changes within the industry.
• Regularly scheduled audits to stay in front of challenges or problems involving any of these processes, overall TEAM procedures and client deliverables.
• In addition to the above, as the Administrative Assistant to the TEAM in the Talent Management Department, you will also be responsible to assist with:
• Process all new hires to TEAM (orient and educate on corporate policies, procedures in Talent Management Department).
• Perform and communicate calls for new opportunities on behalf of clients.
  – Coordinate follow-up calls, when necessary.
  – Conduct scheduling of client events.
  – Regularly update client profile information and outside outlets.

Talent Research Assistant (POD)

Reports to: Team Administrative Assistant via Executive Talent Manager

Role Description:
Under general direction, assists Administrative Assistant Team and Team members in performing developing, implementing and maintaining research, for the needs of the Team and the Talent Management Department.

Responsibilities:

• Working as member of a team of three (3) a POD. Researching new opportunities, for clients, that are within their scope of talent. Obtains initial information; assists with examination of data collected; works in conjunction with marketing team when requested by supervisor, in addition to special procedures as directed.
• Screens, refers, routes, and places client calls; accordingly, to match Team objectives on clients’ behalf. Reviews and maintains current client information/demographic data, social media history and usages, and other ongoing information to effectively ensure that new and old opportunities enhance the clients’ career.
• Schedules appointments for clients; creates proposals, Bio’s/CV’s/ Discographies using electronic data into proper format to enhance branding and sale of clients’ material and objectives.
• Conduct literature reviews 
• Collect and analyze data 
• Hired by Talent Department to carry out specific research agendas on behalf of client’s overall objectives. 
• Maintain accurate records of client meetings, safeguarding the confidentiality of client’s workload when necessary. The notes from meetings to be accurately used within team to ensure the highest level of success for department and client. 
• Provide ready access to all experimental/researched (located) data for presenting to the Talent Managers and Marketing Department as necessary imperative information.  
• Maintaining records on all Team assigned task as completed. To ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness results.

Talent Event Assistant (POD)

Role Description:

As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with two other people to make up a POD team of 3. As your experience and education grows you will be working toward becoming an in-house Event Planner for your Team. Your focus is to ease the work load of the Team by handling a variety of tasks.

The Event Assistant is the stepping-stone position to becoming an Event Planner. Tasks can range from mundane office tasks to meeting with important clients. The level of responsibility assumed by the Event Assistant depends upon the need of events for clients and enterprise.

The role of Event Assistant is an entry-level position that typically only requires a high school diploma. That said, plans to become full-blown Event Planner will typically require a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field. We wish to assist this individual achieve this goal. You will be required to travel and assist the TEAM with a variety of events for the client.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position vary widely, as they are largely dependent on which tasks are delegated by the Team and department leader.

Lead and/or assist in Event Logistics

• Event logistics includes things like creating seating charts, selecting a menu, booking a venue, finding entertainment opportunities for clients and anything else related to coordinating an event.
• An Event Assistant must be able to multi-task, as they wear many hats throughout the lifecycle of an event.

Maintain Communication With Event Vendors Through Lifecycle of Each Event

• An Event Assistant must be a great schmoozer, as one of your primary duties is maintaining relationships with key vendors throughout an event’s lifecycle.
• Keeping everyone happy and productive throughout the event planning process takes good verbal communication and conflict management skills.

Accurately Manage Expenses in Accordance With Budgetary Requirements

• Making sure an event stays on budget is one of the TEAM leader’s and Event Assistant’s most important duties.

Create and Implement On-Site Attendee Experience Strategy

• Ensures client has a successful event, which is all about the attendee experience.
• The Event Assistant is part of the TEAM which is responsible for creating the optimal attendee experience on their client’s behalf.
• This involves being on-site during the event to address any attendee concerns and ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
• Set-up to breakdown 
• Coordinate food service and tray passing, service of plated meals along with refreshment of buffets, food stations or packaging 
• Create a process for handling any needs from guests and clients and addressing such needs with a sense of urgency traits.
